“To make a difference in someone’s life . . . you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful or perfect. You just have to care ~ Mandy Hale
Families are nominated by our partner hospitals, clinics and treatment centers. These institutions treat children and families from all over the country and all walks of life. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Trinity Springs covers all costs associated with a family retreat (excluding travel).
Customized Retreats

Once nominated, we reach out to the family to understand their needs and schedule their time here (retreats are Thursday through Sunday). Families are free to choose the activities they wish to participate in, all of which are therapeutic and restorative. There are interactive opportunities but also time to be on your own. We are here to provide time away from a busy world; to find peace in a moment of grief. The ranch is a place of reflection, a place of support, a place of healing.
Retreat Activities

We offer a broad range of activities that are simple, fun and therapeutic. Although we have many activities planned, you are free to do as little or as much as you wish. Some of our activities on the ranch include: fishing, horseback riding, participating in daily ranch chores, walking the trails, stargazing around the fire pit, relaxing in the courtyard, creating memorial crafts, tending the garden, canoeing, picking vegetables for the evening meal, and sessions with our counselor.
Expected Outcome

We at Trinity Springs come alongside families and help ease the everyday burdens they face providing them an opportunity to reconnect and strengthen. We serve with heart and compassion. We all laugh hard, work hard and play hard to help preserve the family. That is our mission and we fully expect to make a difference for each and every family that attends one of our retreats.
